Also know was an "Onglet" steak. You can cook this steak like fajita meat or shred it. Rich in flavor and protein. It's better to cook this cut medium-rare to avoid becoming chewy or low and slow for shredded beef dishes.

To prepare beef heart you can slice it thinly for quick, high-heat cooking like grilling or pan-frying, or by cutting it into cubes for slow-cooked preparations such as stewing or braising. It's packed with protein, iron, and B vitamins, and is also a great source of CoQ10.
