Our seafood is sourced from a family operation up in Alaska. They source the Royal Red Shrimp from a trusted small family business in Argentina. This shrimp eats like Lobster and can be cooked any way from frozen. They are NOT shelled but they are deveined. this shrimp is NOT cooked they are raw.
